I left my bicycle for a few days (they were that busy) two weeks ago to adjust spokes on wheels and…read moreinstall a new rear tire. I came back only to be told that my Mavic Module 3d argent wheels (loaded touring wheels) have tubeless tires and they would not be able to replace them. This is with a Snel Expedition bicycle. Incredulous, I double checked back home and the tires of course had tubes. An old rear tire needed a little bit of elbow grease to be removed, that's all. I am sorry not to have received the same service as previous reviewers. Isn't changing a tube a most basic repair most bike mechanics should have a good handle on? This does not bode well for more complex repairs.
