She helped us to scrutinize several properties over several months until we landed on just the right home. Jennifer is someone we felt we could trust throughout the whole process due to her great expertise and ability to overcome last minute hurdles through the escrow process. We now count her as a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs the best of the best agents on the Central Coast.

So we decided to sell our new home, even though it would be at a significant loss. Kellie Williams handled both of those transactions. From day one she was the consummate professional. She clearly knew her stuff. She knew the area, the people, the building codes, and all those little things that can help a person to find what they want and then assure that the deal will go through. And she was warm and kind and it was a pleasure to be working with her. When we decided that we needed to sell, Kellie was equally helpful and she went out of her way to make the whole transaction as painless and economically beneficial for us as possible, including significantly lowering her commission. Kellie Williams lives and breathes real estate and is dedicated to public service. Lots of people say that they put their customers first, but that is usually baloney. For Kellie, taking good care of people is clearly her mission in life. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work with many realtors and Kellie is, by far, the best.

He provided friendly, supportive assistance. In this very competitive market we found Joe and his team to be very skilled at efficiently, effectively navigating and negotiating the process of buying a home, from making an offer, getting inspections, submitting for a loan, negotiating escrow and closing. Joe returned calls promptly, answered questions patiently and clearly, seemed comfortable and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our purchase. We felt like we were in good hands every step of the way. Bottom line, in a volatile and competitive environment, we were able to acquire a home we loved at a price we could afford. Can't think of how it could've been better.

(I cringe to think of where we may have landed without them!) They helped pick us up and show us around when we didn't have a car. When it came to negotiations, they offered sound advice leading us to something of value that we could afford. We would highly recommend their team, especially Caroline who was our primary agent. However, one great aspect is that they work together, so all of them (+Sarah, Karina, and Summer) helped us out with various aspects from offers to showings. Relocating to a different region can be challenging, but thanks to their local knowledge and patience, they helped put us at ease. We are so grateful--thank you Weber Team!

We bought his listing and being tough critics, Realtors being buyers, he met and surpassed our expectations. Now it's time to sell that little vacation home and doing as all sellers should do, interviewed three agents.
