Feb 9th. 2026 After 7pm. 43° outside. And 43° inside...... I would love to rate the food well, it looked like the burger was put together with care. The first two bites are as good as I would expect. However it was literally as cold inside as outside. I did my damndest to eat my burger and fries equally hoping to beat the deep freeze but as I expected fries were cold by the time I was half done with my burger that was only retaining heat because I was holding on to it with both hands trying to keep it warm. Enjoying the burger was lost in a race to eat it before icicles formed on my fingers. The entire staff was wearing outdoor jackets zipped up. One other couple dining in, both complaining about how cold it was. Poor guy had on a t shirt thinking he was walking into an operating restaurant. The Stark location would not honor the T-Mobile Tuesday mobile coupon for a free chicken sandwich even though the order went through and there was no charge. The mobile email said it would be ready in 8-10 minutes but when I arrived they said they would not honor it. They said the store manager told them not to. This is poor customer service. This place needs to be shut down. I found a pube in my burger that I was sharing with my son. Thank god we only ate a small portion of the burger. But let me not forget to mention that my husband began to uncontrollably vomit 15 minutes after finishing his burger (he finished his way before my son n I started ours) thank god for the pube in the burger or else my son who is only a year old would have gotten terribly sick. Jack in the Box has been a fastfood staple for many years. I don't recommend going to this location unless you want to bend or break an axle. The parking lot is full of huge potholes in many places. It actually looks like there were several bombs dropped because they are just chuck holes or cracks. This parking lot is like a war zone. The lighting is absolutely abysmal making the parking lot more difficult to navigate. Definitely stay away if you have just had your wheels aligned. If you hit one of the potholes you might as well go back to get another alignment. As to the food, it's not that bad. The customer service stinks because I wasn't even asked if I would like a receipt and was not presented with one. Which just goes to show, you can have great food and decent prices but if customer service is absent and the surroundings are terrible why would anyone want to go to this location especially when business is dependent upon drive thru windows? Next time if I want Jack in the Box I will go to another location. read more

The food here is definitely worth a 5 star review, however, your parking lot is not okay! I bought enough tacos that I think it should help contribute to a better parking lot. Stimulate the economy by spending a little bit of that money and fix your lot. Won't be back until it's fixed. read more

Worst Jack In The Box I've ever been to. It starts with a Dirty parking lot as you pull in, then to the worst/ rude employees and missing items in my bags. The girl who stated was the "person in charge" was rude and had no knowledge of anything. Best solution is to never visit this place. As for those who had a bad experience here, call the corporate office. The managers should be taking care of what they are paid to do. If they get enough complaints from customers, they will take care of the matter ASAP. read more

So we waited for 45 minutes. It was clear the person was either just not there or new to the job so we were patient. By the time it was 45 minutes the guy went from car to car trying to see whose order he just made. When another worker finally came up we can hear them say our order was sitting there for 30 minutes. We got a refund and just left. We went to taco bell and less then 5 minutes later were heading home with food. read more

But at this location there it's a guy working the night shifts and my last three visits he was there. And honestly, he is the reason I'm giving this location 3 stars because he's doing a pretty good job. Dude,my advice...don't stay with Jack, fast food joints should be jumping to have an employee like you, doing awesome. Back to the food, overpriced and the quality is just not there. I stopped by for a breakfast sandwich after working all night. The staff was friendly and helpful--I asked about their new burrito. I ordered a deluxe croissant sandwich. I got home and started to eat it. Two bites in, I realize half the egg is undercooked. It was gross. The whites were dripping over my hand. I did call and let them know and they did offer to replace it. This is a bit of an isolated experience. I've had them before without any issue. read more

This location is awful. First off the parking lot it is ridiculous. Every time I drive through I feel like my cars gonna Fall in one of the potholes or not be able to get back out. Line will be 10+ minutes, they messed up my chicken sandwich, I went back and told them specifically what I wanted a good 3 times to make sure I didn't make the mistake of ordering wrong, and still they mess it up again /: you can't call them either, they don't pick up. Management seems as if it's non existent there because the only person doing everything was one teenage boy so I didn't give him a hard time. The night of the 25th the girlfriend and I were in dire need of some shakes so we came on over to the closest place to our location, this Jack in the Box. We pull into the drivethru and hear a very quick and abrupt "What?" Finding it odd to not even be greeted we placed our order. No response, we waited... and waited and finally "HELLO??" and we got a response back "Hi". "Did you get our order?" we asked and they replied "no". Frustrated we placed the order again, they didn't repeat it back to make sure it was correct, just gave us our total and that was it. So we've pulled up to the window and handed the lady our form of payment. I watch her then go over to make our shakes. It looked like she was having trouble and they were a bit messy. I get that, sure, no problem just clean it up before handing it to us. This wasn't the case, she took her un-gloved finger that had just handled our money.... and scraped up the ice cream that had fallen over the rim up the side of the cup and scraped it on the edge before topping it off with whipcream and lid and handing it to us. This is disgusting... we refused the shake and requested she do it again. She said "Yeah ok", she knew we had caught her. She took the shake, threw it in the trash and made another one, this time correctly. She vanished for a short time...during this process but before we left one of the cooks looked around the corner and laughed at us. Obviously the lady had said something to the people in back. This is my second time going to Jack in the Box near my home . I had very bad experience last time but I decided to give it another chance tonight . Well I waited for ever for my food with my 8 month old baby in the back seat crying. The fries tasted stale and so was my burger bun . The lettuce was dying I could see brown spots and the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. After one bite I threw the burger away with the fries . Also I asked for Dr. Pepper and they were out . I take my formal review BACK! I went today to get breakfast because I needed to go buy groceries and I regret it sooooo much! I got my order and took it home and to my surprise I see MOLD on my biscuit sandwich. Who serves MOLD!!!! How disgusting! I returned to the store mad as hell wanting my money back. All I did was show the sandwich to the manager and he went to speak to the employee who made the sandwich. All I wanted was my money back. 11/26/18 at 4am I am off work and show up at the Jack In The Box next to my house. I pull up and of coarse like usual they are updating their system for the morning which takes about 20-25 minutes is what they say every time. I get off usually at about 2:30 but tonight I got off really late so when I pull up and you guys are doing a system update that I usually hear at 2:30 sounds to me like something is happening that isn't true. The guy proceeded to tell me that the system would be up soon and I could wait until then, I then asked "can I pay in exact change for something?" To which he responds with a terrible attitude "NOPE!" So I leave and no one else is really open because of the Christmas hours and I pull up back to this location about 30 minutes later and get the same response about a 20-25 minute update, I then say "I was just here half an hour ago and you said the exact same thing" to which another attitude response he says "ok?" Sounds to me like you guys have some employees who just don't want to work. Maybe time to have a night manager to keep these employees in check. read more

Hers morphed into something that barely had meat, no bacon and not a mushroom in sight. She has decided that Jack in the Box will not be receiving any more of her attention from now on despite what their well-thought-out commercials and eye-catching burger pictures say is reality...which it isn't generally. read more
