Worst service ever today. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes decided to go in the girl said she was the only one working and she had to use the rest room. My husband has been having some medical problems so he wanted a milkshake. They used to be good. We paid she gave us to much money back in change then asked for it back and still shorted us $1. Milkshakes were just vanilla ice cream with flavored syrup not even mixed. Said oh yeah we are out of whip cream and cherries, it's the day before delivery. She was not very professional. Pulled in the parking lot and placed my order for pick up. Went in waited about a minute or so. Lady said my order would be up shortly. I got a soda so why I waited I drank half of it. Went to refill it and the machine is broken. Got my food went home I literally live 5 minutes away! Everything besides my burger was cold. Walked into the store to order a milk shake at 4 pm. There was only one person ahead of me. The cashier took my order seems pretty grumpy for no reason (I was pretty courteous). She took my order and walked away. I waited for 10 minutes and ask a worker walking by, and seemed confused. Then she start working on the order. Disclaimer: This is the first time I have ever been to a Jack in the Box. First, I have been geographically challenged and second, I don't eat fast food. But this is a foundation, so I had to try it. Not that impressive overall. The Jack Burger was ok, but I think the special sauce of what seemed like mayo and ketchup is what made it unique. The fries were overcooked and a little on the hard side. I appreciated the calorie information (Holy cow nothing was healthy), not even their new healthy dining options menu. The service was fine and the restaurant itself was relatively clean. I won't go out of my way to say it was spotless, but well enough to eat in. There is a 30 minute limit to avoid loitering. That says a lot to me about the neighborhood itself. I finally tried it and I am fairly certain, I will not try it again. read more

Had an all meat breakfast burrito this week and it was very good! Price is very reasonable and the salsa is tasty! Went back today and the salsa was in the bag and a very tasty slightly spicy one too which was nice. Great rebo Saw the commercials this weekend about the new breakfast tacos 2 for $2 and thought I'd try them this morning on my way into work. Through the drive up maybe 3 minutes times, so fast service. I didn't ask for anything special nor did I ask for the salsa, but according to the add it is supposed to be included...NOT. I used some leftover Carl's Jr. salsa I had at work. I tried one of each flavor ham and bacon. Both were good the better of the two was the bacon. I was skeptical of the bacon before I opened the package because the usual is some anemic strip that is more like eating a salty strip if paper, but I was pleasantly surprised there was a nice thickness of bacon about 6" long that actually was very tasty. The ham was 1/16" thick piece of deli ham, not bad but nothing to write home about either. All in all the tacos had good taste and were a nice light breakfast choice, if that's what your looking for. read more

I go to this Jack in the Box location once in a while because their parking lot is really easy to get into. . .with two driveways on two different main streets. Maybe I'm just weird, but "accessibility" is a main factor determining whether I even go to a place or not. That said, I actually go to Jack in the Box not for their burgers (I just don't think their burgers are very good), but I do like their Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Another menu item they have which I like is their Chicken Fajita Pita. These two items are good, reasonably priced, and they're healthy because there's nothing fried in them. read more

Jack in the Box is some of the worst fast food around, but it's a semi-large chain, so by this point you already have an opinion on this, and my review isn't going to change that. I'm writing this because this particular JITB is awful. I would give them a 2 or 3 normally, just for how disappointed I am every time I need a quick, late night burger fix. The bathrooms were disgusting. Urine everywhere, no paper towels. It looked like somebody took a mop and just threw it against the ceiling a few times. Gross. I can barely ever understand any of the employees, which is forgivable generally because English is hard, but it starts to bother me when it effects my order being correct every...single...time. There's a Burger King a block down, or better yet a Burgerville up the street (122nd & Stark). Save yourself the trouble. read more

Jack in the Box is different, because every time I visit one, I wait really long for 'fast food' I think its more fresh than other fast food joints I hit up. I don't usually stop at fast food joints hit the kid wanted some breakfast so I thought what the heck. We order the combo breakfast platter came with bacon eggs pancakes and hash-brown. The pancakes are about the size of a fifty cent piece and taste terrible like you rubbed he pancake on ur thigh after a five mile run. As someone who works in the service industry and gets off work at odd times in the night, I rely on "24 hours" drive thrus more often than I'd like to admit. Tonight, I came here and sat at the drive thru box for 10 minutes without any greeting and finally decided to drive off, only to notice that the employees had turned off the light and pretended not to be theee.
