This location is literally the worst Jack in the box on the entire planet. Long line, speaker box don't work and the employees have an attitude for no reason. They ask you to wait in the parking lot for your food just so they can get your entire order wrong and to tell you that they don't have the soda that you wanted. Even thought you told them when you paid for it. When you tell them the order is wrong they give you a worse attitude and make you wait in the parking lot even more. Worst Jack in the box ever. I went through the drive thur on Friday October 14 at about 945pm and the worker came on the speaker and said "Come back in 30 minutes I am on a Break" and I said what really. I stated that I will be a my house. I stated to the person maybe the main office needs to know about this. They went on to state to my " Tell them and tell them to hire some more people because I am tired" This was TOTALLY CRAZY I have never encountered nothing like this ordering fast food in my life of buying fast food and going to fast food restaurants. This happened at the JACK IN THE BOX ON TWIN CITY HWY IN PORT ARTHUR TEXAS. If I was an employee at this store I know I would have been fired in a second if I did such a thing. The ladies were accurate on the order and fast on the delivery... all with a great smile. Its not too often that you hear staff laughing and joking while keeping a serious demeanor on your orders; they did it well. Additionally, I like the automated kiosk and how they are able to do their best to help you in any way they can. read more

I don't know if its the fact that none of the workers want to be there, or if its just a blatant disregard for duty, but when a customer orders food, ALL of the items should be in the bag and accounted for. I have had this happen multiple times in the past with this location. I admit fault for not checking my order for the items ordered, i was just off work and hungry, but you have a job to do, I understand stress and what not, but i was the first of TWO vehicles present, i mean come on, only two vehicles and you cant even make sure the order is right? This place is pretty much doo doo trash. If you decide to go here always check your order to see if it is all there. Also make sure the food is fresh because they like to over cook stuff here or use old buns. I'm pretty sure this place is just a front for a crack house so eat there at your own risk. read more

I am writing because I am disappointed with the level of service that my parents and I received recently. Early this morning, my parents went through the drive thru to order their breakfast croissant sandwiches. When they got home, they discovered that the egg was not in their sandwiches. My father placed a call to the restaurant, the person who answered the phone had the attitude of "What do you expect me to do about it?" She admitted that they messed up Yet, she was not helpful at all and treated my father like his business didn't matter. He has been going to this location for a long time in the morning and evening for years. Employees who worked there knew him, yet the service was horrible. They claim that they serve fresh food. It is an understatement because what my parents brought home looked like it had been sitting there. It is Jack in the Box's loss for losing good customers. read more

Everyone's attitude at this location is always terrible. They never get the orders right and everything is always burnt to a crisp. They reheat old fries, COVER the buns in ketchup and somehow always give UNsweet tea when you ask for sweet. Very disappointed with my visit. read more
