We did two of the $10 munchie boxes. The tacos were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like they had been reheated and the lettuce inside was very soggy and they were greasy and did not taste good at all. Which was disappointing because I've had the tacos at a different location and they are usually good. The chicken sandwich also had no taste and didn't seem like it was cooked properly. I definitely would not get it again. The curly fries were not fresh at all. The burger was just OK. A lot of their drinks from the fountain were coming out clear and were very watered down.

This place is awful, I came a couple weeks ago and they wouldn't even take my order unless I was DoorDash or Uber Eats. The manager tried give us a free meal to make up for it but our order was only half right this time. The sourdough jack wasn't even cooked right and my tacos weren't supposed to have sauce and they did. The restaurant had things all over most of the tables and wasn't very clean. I am very disappointed and I will not be back!

Waited in the drive through line for literally 35 minutes. Got home and 3 items were missing from my order. Never going back there again

I decided to order over the phone considering I didn't really want shrimp, but that was the only combination they had. Over the phone I ordered just a chicken and steak fajita and queso pico chorizo. Imagine my surprise that the total jumped up to $48! I asked them to honor the price on Uber Eats since this is what was posted. They first told me the prices were wrong on Uber Eats and the system prices were correct the $48. After explaining the differences in price versus what I ordered and the Uber Eats price they told me they would honor the Uber Eats price. When I came up to the restaurant to pick up my food they gave me the total $38.49. When I asked about them honoring the price like they said initially. I was told that the manager or owner said to only take a few dollars off and charge me full price for the queso. I didn't have it in me to go back and forth with these people any longer, so I canceled the entire order and went to another Mexican restaurant. It's unfortunate they didn't have great customer service and they didn't handled this situation properly. This cost me time and money. I also have a screenshot of the price that I was quoted with the shrimp. If you look now the Uber Eats store is closed so they can update pricing. Terrible experience.

From workers to celebrating families. They just got a new menu and prices of course have gone up but that's understandable. What I'm taking issue with is that the owners need to embrace that this place is a "mom" restaurant that's got a homey feel. They added another screen advertising drinks, etc that are too big and obtrusive for behind the counter. Bring the tone down. Instead of spending money on electric signs, spend your decorating dollars on making the place cozy so pictures in Yelp look more inviting. We had birria burrito and carne asada with a large guacamole and horchata. Everything was great as always. Normally we get their margaritas which are also very good.

Long story short, our order was repeated back correctly, yet we still ended up with a missing salsa and an incorrectly made burrito. Mistakes happen. Every restaurant gets an order wrong from time to time. The problem wasn't the mistake. It was how such a small issue was handled. Their reaction honestly took me aback. We weren't asking for a free meal or trying to take advantage of the situation. We simply called to ask for a credit for the missing salsa, which was about $2. That should have been the end of the conversation. While I was on the phone, we opened the rest of the order and realized the burrito had also been made incorrectly. Instead of listening, the employee repeatedly insisted it had been made correctly without even seeing it. Then another employee got on the phone and, in a very aggressive tone, told us that if we wanted a refund, we had one hour to bring the food back or we wouldn't receive anything. We didn't want a full refund. We simply wanted the missing salsa and for the burrito to be made correctly. A sincere apology, a $2 credit, and an offer to remake the burrito would have completely changed the experience. Instead, a minor issue was escalated into an unnecessary confrontation. I even spoke to the staff in Spanish, so this wasn't a language barrier or a misunderstanding. The issue was the attitude and the complete lack of professionalism in handling a simple customer service situation. Wanting to understand whether this was just one employee or reflected the culture of the business, I called another location and asked if I could speak with a manager or owner. I was told they don't give out names because they receive death threats. Whether that's true or not, that's an incredibly strange thing to tell a customer. It naturally makes you wonder how previous customer complaints have been handled if that's the response employees are instructed to give. As a fellow Latin American, I genuinely want to support Latino-owned businesses. That's why this experience was so disappointing. Success isn't just about serving great food or opening multiple locations. It's also about treating customers with respect, accepting feedback, and knowing how to resolve small problems without becoming defensive. More than anything, I was embarrassed for them. This entire situation could have been resolved in two minutes. Instead, they chose confrontation over customer service. The food is good, but it isn't good enough to make me overlook how we were treated. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, that's where this restaurant fell short.

The restaurant was clean, quiet, the bathrooms were clean, the cashier so sweet and patient--I couldn't ask for more! We ordered a asada burrito dinner, a chorizo burrito, and a large horchata to split. We were given a basket of chips and a delicious salsa that had flavor, but wasn't too spicy! The burritos were generously filled and had avocado! That's not something I see everywhere. The beans were a great consistency, the rice was soft and flavorful, and the horchata was top notch! It had a unique flavor, too, and wasn't watery. The cup also wasn't overfilled with ice! While we were patiently waiting for the burritos, we fell victim to the slideshow and decided we just had to try a gordita lol. It was SO good, but the portions were so filling we had to take the rest of the gordita and part of a burrito with. The tomatillo sauce was perfect and the red sauce had quite a kick to it, but not enough that it was painful. The food didn't NEED any extra sauce, but I like to try them, anyways! I wished I lived in this area so I could eat more gorditas, but I will definitely stop here again if I am around! If you're lucky enough to live in the area, please do support this sweet business!

Perfectly cooked steak, cut to the ideal size for the taco, with super fresh onions and cilantro, all wrapped in delicious handmade tortillas. The woman at checkout was so friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I'm pretty picky when it comes to tacos, so finding a place like this is a big win. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
