I wish I would've looked at the reviews before coming here. But I have been to so many jack in the box locations, I just trusted it would be like the others. The location is filthy. Tables not cleaned. Gum on chairs. Floors have signs that are for wet floor but let me tell you they have not been cleaned! Simply gross! When I placed my order, they weren't listening and I had to repeat myself several times. The service is the slowest I have ever experienced. When I got my food the meat and eggs were burnt. The tacos had ripped shells and a bunch of cheese on them. Everyone in the restaurant was unhappy with the service. Not sure why corporate had not shut down this franchise. Not good for the brand. This is the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I pull up to the drive thru and nobody gets on the speaker to take my order. I assume they are understaffed so I wait a few minutes. I politely say "hello" and there is no answer. I wait five more minutes. I politely say "hello is there anyone there?" Still no answer. At this point there are 5 cars waiting behind me. I politely say "hello" one more time but still no answer. I gently beep my horn to get somebody's attention and within seconds, a nasty woman begins screaming at me through the speaker. The absolute worse customer service at this location. I'm a huge fan of Jack in the Box, been a loyal customer since my first JitB burger 25 years ago in CA. I moved to TN and was excited to find this JitB, I pulled up to order and they said it was shift change and couldn't take any orders. I asked how long it would be and the voice said "when we are done, come back later." Two months later, I ordered on the mobile app, I pulled up and gave my name and the response was "we only do fried foods here, no burgers". I asked how to cancel my mobile order and was told "you need to call customer service, that's not our problem!" I went again tonight... guess what?!? Shift change again. Same response, they couldn't tell me how long to wait. Been here four times and the most I got was crappy customer service, crappy attitude from the staff and no food to date. My 25 year love of Jack in the Box is over. All I wanted was a good ol fashioned Ultimate Cheeseburger and I got sh*t attitudes and no service. Sucks. read more

This location randomly is closes during posted hours... The last I was there in early September, the dining room was open at least (bump to 3 stars for this). However, if you visit before 7am or after 9pm, you might the place lit up, but with the doors locked, and no one minding the drive-thru window. As others have mentioned, the help can either be attentive or not. You might have to yell "HELLO CAN YOU HELP ME??" and then you might run the risk of getting some kind of backlash. At least they still wait on you, instead affronting you with self-service screens like found at McDonald's, or Taco Bell. Most of all, the food is at least still good... I especially like the Teriyaki Rice Bowls, Egg Rolls, and those delightfully cheap little taco 2-packs. read more

Then when we got our food it was completely cold and the order was wrong. The cashier then complain and started raising her voice at us when we asked for our missing sandwich and fries. Also, there was another lady in the store that was arguing with a worker because he sneezed all over her food while making it. WORST SERVICE EVER Just went there on 1/1/23 @ 10:30am & the drive thru employee was extremely rude & even currently running a DAYCARE inside the kitchen. Through the drive thru window we can see her kids in pacifiers touching all cups & employee giving them free food & drinks all as we are waiting for our food to be served to us. After 20mins at window we were thrown our bags of food @ which time we went through bags to ensure all food was given. We brought to her attention that we were missing hash browns. We advised her there was no reason for her attitude as we just wanted what was missing. Another employee came to window and condemned her actions. We now had 2 employees at window & neither would let their guard down. We finally were thrown a bag of 2 additional hash browns & drive thru window slammed on us. During this entire drive thru visit the 2 toddlers are running in background inside kitchen. This is a safety & health hazard! I will contact corporate & the local health department! When I was a kid growing up in Detroit in the 70s, we had Jack in the Box, and then we didn't. Rumors ranged from Cats in the mix, to the "Boob"onic plague (A disease invented by children if there ever was one). I'm not sure what exactly happened, but many years later I moved to Nashville and Jack in the Box started to trickle back into my consciousness. Frankly I can't find anything wrong with it, but nor is it exceptional with anything either. Many of my friends come from out of town and marvel over the presence of the Beloved "Jack in the Box". I don't know about all that, but to this day I don't know of anyone who got the "Boob"onic plague from eating there. read more

This place is NEVER ready to serve customers. They always have an excuse as to why you CANT place an order with them. "I don't have a cook scheduled right now" or "nobody is available to make your order". It sucks. Nobody comes to work. Or they run out of sauces (ketchup, bbq, etc). WHO is the manager that can't plan or staff correctly? WHO is in charge of inventory so that excuses like "we don't have honey mustard right now" aren't being told to customers? When I moved to west Nashville in 2017 the food in this place was great! About mid summer of 2018 the service and food became garage, the employees had nasty attitudes and will look at you standing at the counter off and on for about 15 minutes (sometimes more) before asking you if they could take your order.
