Ordered onion rings and damn. I opened the box to disappointment. It looks like pure laziness. It's like as if they ran out of actual onion rings and attempted to make their own by going across the parking lot to save mart and made their own. I'll never go back. This is the worse than receiving burnt fries or limp fries or stale fries. It's just unappealing and looks burnt. read more

This is my second time coming to this location and I had issues both times. The first time they gave me stale fries, and hard bread bun on my sandwich, AFTER asking me to park on 1 to wait for my food. This time I asked for a raspberry tea, and they gave me lemon, when going inside to state it wasn't what I ordered, they said "it is raspberry tea", and instead of trying to solve the issue, they wanted to go back and forth. I do not appreciate the customer service, nor would I recommend this location for anyone else to come to. I work in the fast food industry, the customer is always right, and for the people that are supposed to be the face of the company, they sure know how to hold up a "positive attitude". A disappointing t read more

My items were handed to the customer in front of me, then handed to me without care for my safety. I'm not surprised it's a franchise. I won't be back. I received my refund, but would have preferred quality service read more

As a doordasher I refuse to pick up orders from this location the night crew is never doing there job I've caught then screwing around in there multiple times I was once 45 minutes late to a doordash and had so continously apologize to the person who ordered the food even though there were only 4 cars in line. They then proceeded to laugh and giggle while they hand you your job. Completely ignoring that fact that people were honking in line they have also given me the wrong order before. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat, the food here is good. The service isn't bad either depending on the shift that's working at the time I go in there. The personnel are very friendly, though the food could use a bit of attention at times my chicken nuggets were a bit dry when it came to the meat, and the breading had dark spots which told me that they had been left in the fryer a bit to long. The men's bathroom could use attention at times too I've gone in there few times on previous visits, and the men's bathroom was out of toilet paper. read more

First, I know it's lame to write up a review on a major fast food chain, I know, I know. Pardon my lameness. But this is currently my and my fetus' favorite fast food spot - there's hardly any lines here, and when there is, they're fast. The pregnancy cravings take us here about once a week or so, and we fancy the curly fries/jumbo jacks (w/ cheeeeeese!). Why I'm really bothering with this review is the customer service is actually...really good. I've been really impressed with all the staff; most other places quite frankly suck in this dept., especially on consistency, but not here. There's smiles, they actually make eye contact, you can joke with them and overall are pleasant. just thought I'd give them a shout out :) Also - drive thru is open 24 hr, and the dining room area open Fri/Sat til midnight...(i'm in drive thru enough to read all the posters on the wall ;) Another bonus - they serve breakfast i think all day and cheeseburgers in the mornnig (i want to say). Unlike McCrappy's, who has a strict 10:30 am cut off time. read more

Let me explain my high star rating. It has absolutely nothing to do with their food, since it's nothing to write home about. The high rating is for the girl at the drive thru window. She wasn't rushing, made eye contact, and greeted me with a big genuine smile. Also the wait in line wasn't bad. It normally takes a long time to get through there. Anyhow, I very much appreciate the girls customer service. I only wish I would have caught her name. read more

what happens faster to go to the other one. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes when they were only 2 people ahead of me, when I got to the window they tried to charge me the correct amount $12 when all I ordered was a sandwich. I told her that was incorrect she looked at me like I was stupid. I had to explain to her what I ordered which apparently had not been written down by the person who took my order. Here's some advice, perhaps you should invest in some computers that actually keep track of the order in which people arrived. there is no reason I should have had to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich, even if it means driving across town and then going back, the other location would still be faster. Don't go here read more

Food is good here in Hanford, CA. Every time I'm here we get our food quickly. The customer service can always be better here, though.

I LOVE Jack n the box and usually the service here is good and food is perfect but went through the drive thru today and ordered two breakfast jacks and a loaded potato and it took 10 minutes after I paid go receive my order.. and .LOADED potato wedges had nearly nothing on them. Like I said I love Jack n the box and come this one often but today they just weren't up to par read more

The employees are a joke they are to busy having side conversations instead of focusing on there job duty. Instead of taking orders and getting ppl out in a timely fashion they wanna have personal discussion with customers at the register. But then again this is why they work at a fast food establishment and not a real job! read more

Very very slow only 1 other customet in the restaurant. Nearly 11 ppl on shift including 4 managers whom.never acknowledged me. Given the wrong order and food was so cold and packaged to go when I asked for it to be here.... Floor dirty and restaurant tables need a wipe... my burger was missing the cheese I paid for and also had no condiments in it I had to go to counter and request it read more

Went to pick up food with my son and not only did the person at the window forget my drinks, ranch , and make my sandwich incorrectly, but the manager chose to be the one at the window when I asked for these items. When I called back to complain, she chose to argue with me and say she was not at the window even though I described her to a tee. Then the district manager called about my complaint and even she was borderline rude and tried to downplay my complaint and would not even acknowledge what i said. Overall poor service, bad management, and bad leadership overall. read more

Its ok if you go during the morning. They seem to have the stuff together at the time. But any later n the afternoon or evening....wow they jus plain slow. Morning staff is awesome always seem cheerful N always greet you. Can't say the same for the noon or evening shift. N their drive thru is maybe the slowest in the noon or even shifts. Dnt waste your time on going if its not in the morning. This place needs improvement in the noon and evening shifts and forget about late night dont waste you time. read more

I usually go to Jack In the Box for my teriyaki bowl. But today I went and it was disgusting. The rice was soggy and hard I couldn't even eat it. If someone is going to spend money on your food you need to make sure it is made right. I just wasted money on something I can't even eat read more

Tried to order a milkshake, apparently too close to closing ( ahem, as in NOT CLOSED YET). They said they didn't have it. Very disappointed. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. They're the slowest fast food place I've ever been through, and they always screw something up. If it weren't for the fact that they have a Coke freestyle machine, I'd go to the McDonald's across the street. They can't even get a plain burger right. read more

I've gone to this location three times in the past month. Two of those instances my order was completely wrong . The most recent time was sometime last week . I went in the afternoon. I waited a great deal of time in line behind one other car . My son was in the backseat crying . The girl who served me did not smile or make eye contact . There was no apology for a very long wait period , nor was there any interaction other than her stating my total . Upon me receiving my order , I saw that it was wrong . I had to wave an employee down . A man in a light blue shirt. I imagine he was a manager . My son was crying louder in the back by this time . I notified the man politely that my order was wrong . He did not make eye contact , ripped the bag from my hands with haste and turned around swiftly yelling something that I could not understand to his staff . A few minutes later I received a new bag . Again the man made no eye contact , no apology and no "thank you"for business. read more

Food is always good. BUT, if you have somewhere to be don't eat here. Of the 4 times I've been timing this place the fastest I've been through was 14 minutes. The longest I was in line was 24 minutes!!! Unsat. They have said sorry for the wait EVERY TIME I've been through the drive through. If they were really sorry they would find the bottle neck and FIX IT! come on management seriously? If you guys need someone to find your bottle necks and FIX them give me a ring. read more
