Machine for the fountain drinks had no ice and had still soda, i had to ask for ice from the the drive thru area and even asked for a coke from the drive thru area because of how gross and watered down the soda was from the machine in the dining area. Review is just for the drive-thru experience. Stopped here couple of times for picking up some burgers/fries. The line was long, but the service was quite fast. Ok, now I know Jack in the Box isn't the top of the list for most people, but for years I have gotten really good food from most of them. But, hands down, this is the most disgusting Jack in the Box ever. The fries, and chicken, and anything else cooked in there vat of mystery grease leaves the worst film in your mouth...honestly, I almost got sick directly after eating 1/3 of my chicken sandwich, I couldn't even choke it down. Also, every order is typically wrong in some way, or they forget to add what you have paid extra for. They also like to argue....so, stay far, far away from this location. I was passing by and got a jumbo jack and two tacos, my Standard drive through order from Jack in the Box. I've gotten that from many different places. These I just had were the best I can remember. Lots of lettuce and tomato in the burger. The tacos were cooked just right and had lots of filling. They were fast and the sales clerk smiled and said thanks. I wish they accepted tips. read more

Food was delicious, however the service is incredibly slow, so slow your food may come to you cold. The wait to get your order taken during a non-busy time makes it a nightmare, plus the wait for the food on top of it, you'll be sitting there for at least 30-45 minutes for two meals. It's 1pm on a Sunday and we just sat in the drive-thru line in front of the speaker for literally 10 mins, nobody said anything over the speaker and the line's piling up behind us. We pull forward and the window is closed/locked and literally nobody is inside. Are they closed? Are people on break? The receipt said his name Mejia and he gave us chicken sandwiches no big deal an honest mistake we thought so we went thru drive thru again and at the order window I explained and he said you have to come to the window. 2 cars ahead of us and we had to wait 20 min to get to the window and he attacked us. Sadly, this Jack in the Box has gone way done hill the past year. The staff has become very difficult to communicate to, to the point where 90% of the conversations staff have are not in english. The staff is frequently wipping there forheads with the hands, which are wearing gloves which then touch the food you are eating. Wait times have increased and cleaning has decreased. With coupons there are still some great values here, but overall, its just not worth it to eat here anymore. Its a shame and really goes to show the impact staff can have on a store. The only time I get good service is when a redhead manager is working, she is the absolute best. read more

Ehhhhhh not too shabby I guess. I have come here two times and there was nothing that stood out to me to be honest. Jack in the box is like any regular fast food place, and has all the basic foods. I work the night shift, so I normally visit this restaurant around midnight to get some quick dinner before heading home. The lady who works the drive-thru during the night is super sweet and is so nice, she really makes your day a little bit better. In my opinion, the food here is better than McDonalds for sure. But the breakfast sandwhiches are sadly not as good. I do not know how it is during the rest of the day, but the night staff here are awesome! read more

Never know when they will be open. Customer service sucks! Not willing to serve when "open". Just drove up today and after sitting in the drive thru for a few minutes they come on the speaker and say "we are only serving door dash and uber"! just doesn't show evidence that they want to be open and serve customers. A few months ago came thru the drive thru and people were in The building but as soon as we drive up to the window since they didn't respond on the intercom, they dropped down behind the counter as to "hide" from us customers. First we pull up and she answered the headset saying "can you hold on I'm using the restroom" then we wait about 5-6 minutes and she says "hold on I need to wash my hands". Finally she takes my order I pull up to the front to pay and she asks me to pull forward to wait for my food. In total drive through wait was 17 minutes. Then waited out front another 10 minutes.
