This is a huge baked potato, topped with butter, cheese, and chopped bistec. It is served with totopos and salsa, wrapped in foil to go. I thoroughly enjoyed it and barely finished all of it. It was $10. When I have been before, it was a man running the place. This time it was a lady. I detected no difference in food quality or service. The service is friendly and efficient. I called ahead to place my order, and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The dining room is a covered and screened in porch. They have some dwarf palm trees planted around to provide a backyard ambience. There are fans for hot weather. Tables are plastic folding tables. However, it seems most come here for the take-out. The dining room looks clean. There are no restrooms except for the ones at Vera's Drive Through across the way. I assume El Totopo's customers have access if needed. I cannot say anything about bathroom cleanliness as I've never entered there. Overall, I recommend Taquería El Totopo. While it's not fancy, they offer delicious food at competitive prices.
