We came here last night for the Munchie Meal of Horror and our stop was great. The worker was friendly and took our orders quick. We ordered three boxes of the horror meals - one double cheeseburger and two chicken sandwhiches. The box also came with two tacos, one drink, curly fries and the star of the show - one Simposons themed Halloween cup. Each box was $14 + tax. The worker le us pick our own cups so I opted for the Alien one. Food was good. read more

My friend and I went through the drive thru at around 10pm on a Saturday night. Very quick service, and the person working the window was very friendly. The food was standard for what I get at other locations, and I enjoyed. The drive thru was clean and the traffic flowed to make for a good experience. I would definitely return to this location when I'm in the area. read more

I came into this location for the first time around 1:32 PM on Thursday. Both persons who helped me had very impatient personalities like they wanted to rush everything one of them, which was the girl dropped my food because she was having what it seemed to have like a moment I don't appreciate that kind of business. I really believe that Customer Service is vital the guy when he came back to give me the second order because the girl had dropped it. He seemed to have just like a slight attitude again. I don't know what they might be going through or if they were just having a bad day, but I just really know for sure moving forward I will not come to this location. Come on professional. read more

I just placed a doordash order and clearly got a smaller size than the large that I ordered? Lazy ####s

Tried the new smashburger, but these burgers aren't smashed, only the edges are a bit crispy. The stuff on the burger is great, which is grilled onions and boss sace, but not enough Smash to make this a smashing success. read more

The food is good as always. I come to this jack in the box almost every other day and I have had 0 issues with any employee besides ALONDRA. This is a continuous issue with her. Tonight she argued with me about how many sauces she was allowed to give me even after I offered to pay the for the extra sauce I was asking for. It got so bad she slammed the window in my face. Her other co worker came to the window and apologized on her behalf. I am very disappointed with the jack in the box management at this location as it seems nothing has been done about this ALONDRA employee who clearly can't perform basic customer service. read more

Always good, easy pickup and app use. Order is always on point and service is good to go.

So bummed out. I bought the sourdough sandwich, my 1st burger in 4 years. No bacon, dry & just sad. Such a disappointment.

Holy moly!!! I pulled up to this location with just two cars at the window. I thought this will be quick. Ha!! Joke was on me! I didn't even order a ton of meals. 1 meal, 8 tacos and a couple of burgers. No big deal, right? Haha wrong! Very big deal. I was asked to pull up to the front and they'd bring my food out. Literally...20 minutes later I walk into the restaurant after no cars passed me I had to make sure the cook didn't quit! I walked up to the counter to find 3 employees stressed the hell out because they weren't staffed properly. The guy(assuming the manager) was packing up my food...I stopped him and figured...it's been 30 minutes now and there's no need to cause another 2 minute delay for the car at the window. Now...I made it pretty simple. Plain Ultimate Cheeseburger, plain tacos and a plain hamburger. That should've shaved off at least 5 seconds...but whatever. I get the food and I normally don't check but thought I should. I was short 3 tacos...not sure how that's even possible when they come 2 per order. Hamburger was full of ketchup and mustard and a lonely pickle. Considering I ordered plain the pickle and the others had to go. No fast forward...we're at 35 minutes from ordering to pick up. Not sure this is a fast food restaurant, and I've now had time to question other things in life. Finally, 5 minutes later I get the plain burger and we're on our way home! Made it home safely...thank goodness. I disburse the food. I now have 11 tacos and an Ultimate cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard!!!! So frustrating! This place was staffed for a restaurant 50 miles off any highway or public street. Whoever owns this franchised restaurant should really consider folding up shop and allow Jack to consolidate their locations. I have to say I love Jack in the Box but this has to be the most hit/miss restaurant in the burger business. It's a coin flip whether you're going to a good Jack or a bad Jack. Needless to say, this is not a good Jack. Good news is the tables and floors were clean. read more

You know what? The night shift doesn't get enough credit for their hard work and dedication especially in the customer service industry. Leaving people to work by themselves at night while there's a line of cars waiting to be serviced. I thank you guys for doing your job correctly even if the circumstances you're under put you in a lot of pressure or stress (especially as humans; we're not robots). There's a Jack in the Box closer to me, but their service was subpar and I have received multiple incorrect orders in a row. So I've been coming to this location for a while and will always do so in knowing that my order will always be correct, or they'll gladly correct it if an item is off (humans make mistakes). read more

I came through here at 1 am asking for a chocolate shake and three tacos. The line was very long, there were people at the counter, and this man Christopher was the only one working here. Let me just say that this guy needs a damn raise! He was absolutely HAULING ASS running around the store attending to both lines, like literally running. His attitude was positive the whole time and he was very polite! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! I've seen lines running much slower at other locations and there'll be more than one person working. I don't usually see these kind of workers at fast food chains, especially at night time. Christopher was putting in hard work! read more

I've come here multiple times late night and had a super friendly and fast experience. Even if it's going slowly the guy at the window (I think he said his name was Jordy) is very friendly and communicative and I'm always impressed by him read more

Good to me, but they always forget the dipping sauce when I order!!! We need dipping sauce!!!!

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered my food and when it was the wrong thing. I asked for my correct order and was told I'd have to pay for my food again without a refund for the food that was made wrong. When I asked for just an exchange I was told the cashier Jayden is new. It is not my problem they made my food wrong. No refund and no exchange just an argument. Horrible service. read more

Omg got me a bacon cheeseburger and some of those curly fries, vanilla milkshake, and some cinnamon churros. Let me just say, everything about this meal was perfect!! Even the vanilla milkshake was perfect, nice and thick just how I love them and I didn't have to tell them thick either!! Soo next time, well when I make my way back in a couple weeks to Arizona yep I'm so gonna try out that mushroom Swiss next. This place is so awesome, if you haven't tried it, oh goodness don't wait any longer!! And umm bring me a mushroom swiss!! Lol enjoy!! read more

I will never recommend this particular Jack in the Box for anyone they like to steal your card information and act like they didn't receive your card when you clearly have to pay through the drive-thru before you get your food. A couple of weeks ago I let my card for them to take my order and they never process the payment once I realized it I was already in a different location so I called them to ask if they knew where my car was they said no the girl was giggling and act like it was funny. I told them that I was on my way down to investigate when I got there my card was placed on the counter where I didn't remember being in this location like I said before I went through the drive-thru I don't know what they doing with our card information but everyone needs to be careful and be aware she said young Hispanic female her name is Diana her smile is devilish she's a bad person. read more

Drive thru order, food was poor quality. I asked for hot fries, and also ordered fish wraps, and a $5 combo that had 1 taco, 1 burger and drink. We were told to pull up and wait. I'm thinking everything will be fresh and hot. NOPE!! Fries were cold and taste like old oil, churros were not fresh, and the fish wraps had overcooked cold fish. I couldn't even reheat as it would make it like rubber. And I can tell they need to get fresh cooking oil. Not very happy spending money and having nothing to enjoy. read more

Sat in the drive thru for close to 5 minutes without an answer. I then drive around to see an employee sitting there just playing on her phone. I drive to another Jack in the Box and the guy said something about sending in the days sales. No response from the drive thru around 4:30 AM. Went on 6-28-2020 Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes this time. Felt like thy didn't make the food till I got to the window. Only ordered a sour dough jack combo. No receipt to check the time. read more

Horrible, gave me the wrong drink gave me the wrong order, didn't repeat my order, tell me the price, didnt look at me once didn't smile, I asked them to repeat my order and they started talking bad about me in another language that's I could understand, there's random French fries in my curly fries, and also random pieces of lettuce in my order, the food did taste good that I can't deny however the service was horrible a teenager at McDonalds could honesty treat me with more respect then a grown woman could. read more

This is my nearest jitb so i come here at times and it's usually fine but today I came twice and ordered a large patty with both my orders and they forgot them twice, meanwhile parking cars, I've worked at 3 different jitb, if you're going to be parking cars because you care about your time you should also be making sure you care about people getting their orders right. read more

This one star is not for the food, because I did not even taste what I ordered. Out of five orders, we got two wrong. We paid for something and got something else. You only discovered this when you get home, very frustrating. The weird thing that this was in two separate orders, two separate cars for the same kind of sandwich that got replaced with something else, which makes me even wonder if this was really a mistake. read more

Ordered delivery on the "Jack in the box" app. After charging my card got email that order was canceled. Call the store on Riggs Rd and was told they don't do delivery but my order was ready. We always hit this spot after a night out or on our way home from work but today I'm leaving the review specifically to note in incident where there was some miscommunication and Arturo took extra great care of us. The customer service here is excellent. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming it makes coming back a breeze. We love this location and in comparison to other locations, they set the bar. Thank you for making our visits great. Arturo deserves a raise! We will be back many of times. read more

Went there the other night and doors were locked but one wasn't and we went inside waited to place our order waited for about 5 mins for them to tell me they are only doing drive thru and not doing dine in anymore and I told her on the door it says they are open for dine in until 2 am but she just responded sorry we closed for dine in... why are you closing the dining room that damn early ? Because you're lazy? Why did you have one of the other doors open? Also my cousin went in there first before I did and they did say they were open for dine in?... makes no sense!! read more

This is the best visit to jack we've ever experienced!! Everything was fresh and hot! Way to go guys! Thank you!

I waited 12 mIns for 1 chicken sandwich and 1 Jr jumbo jack .! I asked for the Jr jumbo jack to be added with cheese and only lettuce and catchup, I ended up with just the meat and lettuce with ALOOOTT OF MAYO ..... also forgot to mention that I asked for 2 chicken sandwich's so I ended up waiting another 6 minutes for the 2nd chicken sandwich that was Cold with nothing inside of it just the chicken .... so I'll NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN .......!!!! read more

I rolled through the drive thru about 1205 am. Jack in the box can pull my receipt. 3 taco combo and a junior jumbo jack. Total was about 10 bucks. Got my food and fries were old and stale. Tacos were soggy AF. The junior jumbo jack had 2 burnt patties in it instead of one. Seemed like they didn't give a shit about how they made the food and they don't appreciate the value of a dollar. I didn't eat my food and just trashed it. Jack in the box can pull my order and check it. My food was fucked. I'm just pissed off I wasted 10 bucks. read more

I have came here a few nights around 1am and they long long lines !! I see the ladies working there & they look sooo tired !!! Yeah, Jack in the Box, 4 stars...So, where is my Assclown tiara? I intend on wearing it all day for reviewing a corporate giant like Jack in the Box. However, where does one get a real ice cream shake from an independent in less than 5 minutes? Maybe not the best testing criteria, but I intend on winning the argument because it is my review! Seriously, Jack in the Box has maraschino cherries and real whip cream on their luscious chocolate milkshakes. I can't speak for anything else on the menu but if you are craving a chocolate milkshake with real ice cream- hey, they came through with the cherry and whip cream, I have no reason to believe its not real ice cream and not some strange milk solids and it taste like bliss. So, blow through drive thru, treat yourself to some real whip cream and a cherry! Truth in advertising alone is well worth 4 stars. read more
