When information is put down on the form by the person in jail, there is no way for anyone to know their personal demeanor. If the person in jail is told they cannot find anyone to post bail for them and they ask why or what. The company has no idea that the person has issues with anyone. It's unfortunate that stress levels can be high at the time of arrest and family or friends may not have the money to post such bail. Sometimes certain situations delay bail or the time in which information is released isn't quick enough for the bail bond companies. Apon making the call I spoke with a man that seemed very irritated from the start and after he gave me a very quick and short answer he either didn't care nor realized that he was still on the line and proceeded to say and I quote " stupid dumb ass bitch calling after midnight with some dumb ass question" which was very unprofessional.... I get it he was frustrated but damn at least wait to hang up the phone!! Won't be using them again if a future situation should occur and I don't recommend as they have nothing in place to provide security and peace of mind for the person putting up all the money if they see the person bonded isn't doing what they should be as most other bail bonds would allow the person bonding to have the option to inform of misconduct and revoke the bond and be able to insure their financial investment wasn't in jeopardy!!!
