They take great care with their beers, as they do with their cuisine. I had the Nuremberg sausages and mustard and onion potato salad. The sausages were extremely tasty, and the mustard just got enough. The beer I chose was very unique, it was a black blonde, so it's a blonde beer made with heavily roasted malt. It was dark and drinkable with hints of caramel. I also tried the smoked pork loin and weissbier, both were great. We didn't have desert but I saw some gorgeous chocolate fondue, giant ice cream sundaes and strudel. If you're heading to the beach near Grosseto, I would definitely make the drive for a truly memorable dinner.
