However, neither of us were in love with the cheeses they chose. After eating so many flavorful cheeses throughout Tuscany, the cheeses they put on our board were quite bland, and the various crostini were bland as well. The board itself is gorgeous, a real feast for the eyes. I think it looked better than it tasted, which is why I'm only giving this place 3 stars. Size-wise, it's just right. I believe we got a medium board, and it was the perfect amount of food for two hungry people.
The price was reasonable, and the restaurant itself is very eclectic. It looks like a narrow deli/bar at the front (which is where you order), but if you go all the way to the back of the restaurant, it feels like you're in an old Victorian house, and there is a nice view from the window. We enjoyed relaxing here and chatting over our tagliere even if it didn't wow us.
