I think that my wedding was completely neglected because he was not making as much money off of me. He did not seem to want to take into consideration any of my ideas for the reception. A month before my wedding some unforeseen circumstances came about for DJ John and he was not able to DJ my wedding. I was understanding of the situation and let him provide a replacement. From the beginning of our meetings I had a feeling that DJ John did not want to do my wedding and would have a fill in... but I had no idea he would have me pay someone so awful. DJ John seemed to have all the confidence in the world for his replacement. This guy was a complete failure and put no work into my wedding. Everything was printed out on a piece of paper and he still couldn't get it right (i.e.; songs, names, announcements). The worst part of this experience was re-planning the whole "DJ" process a month before my wedding with the "new" guy. I had no time for this, but I did it. And thank god I was able to because I don't think DJ John did anything to get the new DJ up to speed for my wedding. This company was a complete disappointment.

It was there, but in the moment, I realized I hadn't paid enough time. Thankfully, Travis was able to know what to except, saw what was going on, and simply adjusted. (Looking back, it wasn't simple, Travis just knew!). It all flowed. Even when my husband hurt his ankle dancing to the son/mother dance (I know - Murphy's Law is real at weddings), Travis just knew what to do! Lastly, Travis charges a wonderful price; and does not charge extra for lights (which we used), and items for showing pictures (did not use), such as TVs or projectors. He was highly professional and easy to work with. He kept the volume low during the dinner so guests could chat, but knew how to create energy when it was time to open the dance floor. He did just enough Master of Ceremony type announcing without drawing too much attention to himself. I can't recommend him highly enough! Also, he took pictures and videos that he sent early the morning after the wedding! It was great to have those as a supplement to the photographer's pictures.
