Not a fan of the co-op down the road this is the best place to get produce, eggs, meat and just about most things you can think of to fill your fridge and cupboard. The upstairs even has large freezers with ice cream and baked goods, and more meat. The people are very friendly and everything is quite affordable. I am so happy to be able to support my local farmer. They'll soon be starting a delivery service as well!

The meat prices are extremely good especially for being so fresh and local, and the frozen meats are a super bargain! We bought some just-picked seasonal strawberries yesterday and they were amazingly delicious. We still need to get some things at a bigger store like some familiar national/international brands or particular varieties of groceries, but Radmore Farm Shop is definitely our new place to walk for fruit, veg, and meat. It's perfect for those "What are we going to have for dinner" afternoons because I can grab meat, onions, mushrooms, and whatever veg suits and cook something up fast. We are definite fans and plan to shop here routinely while we're in town.

This has been here for many years and it's always the place that I go to get all my meat. The people that work here are very friendly, polite and always give advice for helping you to prepare or cook the meat if needed. Their prices in their goods are very reasonable and they always have a special offer on. One of my favourites is their home made burgers, which my children love. If they don't have what you want on display they are more than happy to get it from their stock out the back or make it up for you. It's a very well presented butchers and it's always neat and tidy.

These include a a range of locally-made ice creams, preserves, fruit juices and bakery products, as well as unusual cooking ingredients. (It's the first time I've seen black salt on sale.) There's a delicatessen counter and a large butchers within the shop - the latter doing a roaring trade on our visit. It's a bit pricey but it's the quality and local sourcing you're paying for. It's a perfect place to buy gifts for friends and family, if they like good produce. Staff and knowledgeable and friendly. There's a parking area at the front. Highly recommended.

Whether you are buying the beef…read more(sourced from Dexter, White Park, Aberdeen Angus or Highland cattle) the lamb or the pork you can be assured that the meat is of excellent quality. The only downside of the farm shop is that it does not carry the same level of stock as your local butcher and consequently will not always have what you want. This is especially the case if you do not call by until later in the day. With a bit of organisation this can be easily solved by calling up and reserving the meat you would like to buy in advance. However, I am rarely that organised. Consequently, arriving at Northfield Farm always has a lucky dip feel about it for me!

If they…read morehaven't got what you're after on display just ask and they've probably got something out the back or they can chop the relevant cut or joint off an available carcass. Service is friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable about their meats. It's not organic but the meat is all sourced from local Norfolk farms and I'm assured that animal welfare standards are high (they even offered to give me a tour of the farm so I could see for myself!). They do a fantastic range of self-made sausages - all are delicious and the prices are all very reasonable. They also stock a range of game in season and, unusually, sell sheepskin rugs which they display in all their colourful glory in the shop window when the store is closed and the meat displays taken away.
