This is an excellent dentist's practice with lovely receptionists. The only problem I have is that…read moremy dentist changes every time, so we don't really know what to expect! On the other hand, the customer service is excellent as the receptionists are very flexible and they can cancel appointments at ease. The dentists themselves are all excellent, but I once had a dentist (a long time ago now) and she gave me a 45 minute 'lecture' about which liquids to drink! Although, the last 4 times I have had a lovely dentist who was always interested in my day. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone in the East Sussex region. If you have been here before then you would know that the customer service is wonderful! I will come here for many more years, as I find the dentists and the receptionists very kind and caring.
