I ( Keith B) will be posting a review for him elsewhere. This company, and especially the owner Kevin, are a NIGHTMARE!! After calling them on 6/16/22 (and paying at that time in advance) for a 6/18 airport pickup and 6/22 return, they did not show. Okay, things happen. I drove myself. As I was leaving, I called, and they apologized. They offered to pay for my airport parking (which I thought wasn't necessary, but a nice touch since it was going to cost me more then their fee, and I could have used another car service if I had known in advance that they would not show). They also offered to refund the $265 that they in advance charged me (which of course would be an absolute must). 6 weeks later, they have done neither! This owner, Kevin, has texted me back and forth. He has made me jump through hoops to get the proper airport parking receipt, and now via text, has continually offered to pay me back. There is always some caveat though. He will send his manager over Thursday, or the airport parking takes 5 days for him to get reimbursed, etc. Of course the days go by, and nothing. Why he cannot just have my credit card refunded for the $265 I do not know. I told him to keep the airport parking that I incurred (he was never going to pay that anyway), and I just disputed the $265 charge with my credit card company. Be forewarned...do NOT use this service unless you are looking for an absolute NIGHTMARE. I gave him 1 star, because Yelp doesn't allow a zero star post. He/they are NOT a 1 star. He is a ZERO...and I am highly suspicious that any positive post you may see is a fake. I had enough interaction with him to 100% know he is a DISASTER! I have, and will be keeping my text correspondence with him if anyone doubts/disputes anything that I am saying.

Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

Two and three word email responses from the owner led to either a miscommunication or deceit. Quite simply, I requested a roundtrip quote (home to airport with return). When being dropped at the airport, I was horrifically surprised when they told me the quoted price was each way. Sadly, the start of my vacation was spent standing in the road at the Newark airport drop-off, arguing for ten minutes on the phone with the business owner. He attempted to compromise, but it wasn't enough. A week before my trip, I emailed the owner for a clarification of their charge, asking, "do you collect half each way?" His response was, "yes, we do". I can't ever use or recommend this service again. The owner should learn to write clear emails and utilize formal price quotes like other car services. I ended up riding home at the end of my trip in a much nicer Cadillac Escalade with a different business!
