Our HVAC stopped working, and their electrician admitted he had "no idea what's wrong" until we explained what our HVAC company found. Plumbing and temperature issues remain. When we calmly shared concerns, Melissa became defensive, yelled, and had to be asked to leave -- our Ring camera even recorded her saying, "Yes, we did rush the project." Afterward, she falsely accused us of causing the damage and refused to fix anything, claiming the job was "up to their standards." We now face $4-5K in repair costs. Another great piece of working with Willie is that he understands all aspects of landscape construction so he helped us grade our yard properly to handle runoff, and contracted a very nice sidewalk/walkway for us.
