I was in Montpellier last week working with an arts organization…read more One of the directors mentioned that I could find excellent and unusual chocolate at Thierry Papereux across from Eglise Saint Roch. The store was charming, the attendant hospitable, and you could clearly see a man working behind the glass building chocolates. I purchased a pretty wide range of choices to bring back to the states. The chocolate lait caramel is the BEST CHOCOLATE I've EVER EATEN. It is unbelieveably delicious. I want to take a trip back to Montpellier just to get some. If you are ever in Montpellier you MUST go to Thierry Papereux!!!!!!
