Having our crawlspace encapsulated was one of the most seamless processes I've been through…read more Everyone was super professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Harlan Moore did a wonderful job explaining not only how the team would encapsulate our crawlspace, but how they would do it as well. He efficiently explained all the payment options and ensured we selected the one that best fit our needs. Corey Church and his team (Tyrese Ware, Devon Plater and Gavin Grigsby) were the best. They kept me updated on the process from start to finish and I was confident I was in good hands. They found our resident black snake in the crawlspace and Corey came to the door to ask what I wanted him to do with her - and wouldn't even show her to me until he was certain I was okay with putting eyes on her. The team had to leave early for a previous appointment the second day, but they stayed longer the third day and they were able to finish the job! These guys were very hard working, kept the noise to a minimum as they knew I work from home, and were very polite, efficient and cleaned up well after themselves! I could not have asked for a better crew to do this work - you'll be in great hands if you get even one of the guys on this team! Thank you Corey, Tyrese, Devon and Gavin!!!

"Sign today to get an additional x% discount" "My boss won't like this but...." "Oh oops I forgot to add this one $10,000 piece to your invoice, the price we've been discussing for 1/2 hour is now 50% higher" "Well I guess I could give you the friends and family discount..." etc etc Every time I said no to their "absolute lowest price they can do," they came back with another "lowest price" with some kind of discount or deal that they "shouldn't do, but can make an exception for..." I've read online that they do excellent work, but all they wanted to talk about was their competitors. If I had a nickel for every time I heard about "the other guys," I could possibly afford their newest "absolute best price we can do." Not a fan. Just tell me the price, tell me what you do, and cut the gimmicks.
