My family heritage is English with my great grandfather coming from England to the US. So of course I have to have a BAB of my travel. My daughter and I each made a bear. I made Jack the Ripper and of course kept his name as Jack. Love this bear since it had the flag as the feet. The staff was just so friendly and welcoming. Even told stories to my daughter as she was making her bear. Highly recommend.

The employees were cheerful and helpful and interacted with our daughter and other children very well. My wife and daughter both picked out bears and the girl manning the stuffing cart did a great job getting everything together and ring up. No pressure to add other items we didnt want...just cheerful interaction until we left into the gray, cold and gloomy day outside. If you're in London and want to get a Union Jack bear...come on by!

I had to find a gift for my god-daughter and the Entertainer seemed a good choice to begin my search. The shop is medium sized but has a fairly good selection of toys organised into age groups. In the end, I couldn't decide on a particular gift and settled on a giftcard, which she should be able to spend at their branch in Southampton.
