We had a lot happen during the wedding (overcharged us by 100 dollars, this was caught by us and…read moreresolved, she said she didn't know what we wanted even though we had filled out a form, provided by her on different poses, several people relayed to me she was sitting around a lot and not taking photos, and she asked to leave before the scheduled times we had already paid for). The time to get our photos was delayed also (consistently pushed back and we were only provided initial information once. All other status updates were given once we asked). A few of the photos themselves were fine, but most of them seemed like they were taken on a cell phone by just anyone. You don't want your wedding photos to be "fine" you want them to be great. We were not pleased with the product or the service. We will not be using again.
