I will start this post by saying I have never been here nor have I ever bought anything here…read more With that being said you're probably saying , then how is this guy going to rate the business. Well let me tell you. Last week I learned that my daughters jeep compass which I purchased from a local dealer in the Chicagoland area no longer comes equipped with a spare tire. Being a Dad of a daughter who's hundreds of miles away at school I did what any parent would do, I freaked out thinking of her out and about without a spare tire. In my quest to find out how to get her a spare tire I called Federico and spoke to an amazing individual in the parts department by the name of Tom. I'll make this long story short. Tom went above and beyond in his attempt to find me a spare tire. He made calls and spoke to people. Tom went the extra mile and then some and I can't thank him enough. For those of you driving smaller suv type vehicle please beware , the spare tire is now considered an extra which caught me totally off guard Oh you can add it for a $500 up charge Please let me commend Tom in parts for going far and beyond what he really had to do. Old school customer service is what I experienced Thanks Tom very much And to Tom's boss at Federico please pay him on the back for me and thank him. I wish I could but I'm 300 miles away GREATLY appreciated Bob C Chicago Illinois

It's just piddley stuff, I just don't need to be messed with by a somone who might think this stuff is funny. I've never purchased from Dream Nissan, only had my last two oil change/tire rotations there.

"While Dream Nissan Midwest attempts to characterize this as a personality dispute, the core of the…read moreissue remains factual and documented. My 50-year reputation as a respected businessman and member of this community is well-documented and speaks for itself. It stands in stark contrast to a business that handles a legitimate financial error by launching personal attacks against a customer. The dealership admits to an initial financial 'oversight' only after a several complaints were forced. The GM assured me 2 times that the refund check was in the mail which was false. He said the check was probably lost and hasn't been cashed, and Dream Legends would reissue another check, but it was never sent. This process took over 10 weeks from the date I leased another vehicle on 6/10. I finally received the total of my overpayment on Sep.3rd. Regarding the automatic payments: My bank records clearly show that an overpayment occurred on 6/23. No one at the dealership informed me to discontinue the auto payments which should have been initiated with the payoff or turn in date of my trade-in according to Nissan's lease agreement. No consumer should have to endure an exhausting escalation process simply to get a business to audit its paperwork correctly and send the overpayment. Also, the GM informed me that a deal I was negotiating for my sister, who also drives a Nissan and wanted to trade it in was no longer valid. Furthermore, turning a legitimate consumer dispute into a marketing gimmick by using my last name as a promotional discount code speaks directly to the dealership's corporate culture and treatment of the local community. I have retained all receipts, bank statements, and correspondence with Nissan, BBB and the Attorney General regarding this matter."
