This really has been my go to study place on Tomas Morato. What I usually order are 2 j.co clubs (45P each). The katsu is really good. I've tried all 3 and like them all. For a drink i get the iced mocha it's too sweet for me so I moved on to getting iced Thai tea. It's great! Prices for drinks are really good and affordable. Definitely been on a budget since going out to study can be expensive...especially if you stress eat. I always see people order their Yogurt with toppings so I had to try it for myself. It's so refreshing! I love it with strawberries but sometimes run out so I have it with the strawberry jam. But when they put it in the cup they leave an empty space in the middle so it's kinda said when you go in for a bit but you see air...gets? Haha. They could improve on that. If you need the wifi just ask for the password. They also have outlets to charge your things. It hasn't been hard to find a place to sit here. It is two floors with lots of seating inside and outside. Also, people usually go in and out to just buy donuts. They have everything you need to study long hours. Their CR is out of order right now but when it was working it was clean. Ah love this place. I get so much done!

I do not not like the dishonesty of your employees. I ordered Hot Oatmilk Seasalt Caramel, but…read moreinstructed the cashier to make sure that the caramel syrup is served separately in a little cup because of my concern about the sugar content of the syrup. I am scheduled for blood tests the next day for my HBa1C and many other tests. I didn't received the coffee with the Caramel Syrup in a little cup, but I was thinking that they probably just didn't give it to me. I took a little sleep of the coffee and it tasted just a slight sweetness, and I was thinking it's probably coming from the oatmilk. I had my brother tasted since he always drinks, black coffee and he said he's not sure but it tastes a little sweet. When I look at the counter where they make the coffee, I saw that the cashier, Nicole Briones, was talking to The employee who made my coffee they were looking at me. I knew then that they made a mistake. After a few sips, I got up and walked up to your Barista and told her that they didn't do as I say on how I want my coffee. Your barista said she'll just make a fresh cup, which goes to say that she knew she made a mistake. I am angry right now because my blood test tomorrow will greatly impacted by your employee's mistake & dishonesty.

This branch is in a really convenient location and is maintained well. The people who work here are also super nice! I bought my birthday cake (the Purple Carousel chocolate cake) here, and they gave me an extra bag of sweets! My favorites are their: *Lemon bars - really great lemon flavor and have a tart, refreshing sweetness *Chocolate revel bars - probably the best I've had *Chocolate Campfire cake - very rich, but in this amazing way where you don't get tired of eating it! I've also had their: *Purple Carousel chocolate cake - classic chocolate cake with these chocolate wafers on top *Mini Pecan Pie - not the consistency I prefer in a pecan pie but the flavor was still very good *Mini Chocnut Pie - light, could use a stronger chocnut flavor, I really liked the crust though *Cookies - I love cookies so I usually get 1 or 2 with whatever else I'm buying that day, theirs are crispy on the edges and chewy on the inside *Quiche Tinapa - Liked this a lot and just ate mine chilled, but I think it would be better to warm it a little at home

Mister Donut has been around for the longest time, and when I saw that this particular branch…read moreoffered sandwiches aside from the usual donuts and desserts, I decided to give it a try. I got a croissant that basically had a filling of kani salad and I was glad because it had generous strips of kani and veggies. A friend of mine got a burger, which had a bun that had a hole, very much looking like a donut, that was flipped inside-out. It had bacon, cheese, burger patty, fried egg, cucumber, lettuce and mayo. While I enjoyed my healthy and light croissandwich, my friend found delight in his packed burger. Afterwards, we shared an order of their chocolate overload dessert which had a Japanese donut as base, chocolate "grains", chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, then drizzled with chocolate syrup. It was so chocolatey and so yummy! This definitely elevates Mister Donut from a donut stall to a legit café.

It was the lesser donut (at least by our standards. Now that I think about it, it isn't so bad). BUT! Mister Donut actually went a great image overhaul. Firstly, did you know that Mister Donut was actually a Japanese franchise? I don't think anyone did until said image overhaul and it isn't as blatant in any of its branches as it is here. From the katakana on the shop sign to the menu, to the Pon de Ring... this new Mister Donut is nothing like its local reputation was. As a cafe though, it's pretty basic. You have some breakfast offerings as well as croissant sandwiches and pasta. Not exactly anything to write home about but their savory offerings are pretty good, all things considered. The price to serving size proportion isn't so bad either. If you're looking for a light meal or a light snack, this is somewhere I'd definitely recommend. What they have is filling but not so heavy that you end up reeling from a food coma after your meal. Plus you won't have to leave if ever you fancy getting dessert after.
