I have done some research and the owner shares the same religion as me, so it was honestly a slap in the face to get denied of service by the owner. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism during my recent text communication with this…read morebarber. I made a reasonable request for a professional license number, which is standard information associated with licensed services. Instead of addressing the request or explaining any limitations in providing it, there was no response, which created discomfort and a lack of trust as a customer. Had there been a simple, respectful explanation or clarification, this situation could have been resolved easily. Transparency and communication are important in service-based businesses, especially when licensure and compliance are involved. I chose not to escalate the matter, although professional credentials can typically be verified through appropriate state or licensing authorities. Unfortunately, the way this interaction was handled influenced my decision not to return or continue supporting this business.

We can go to a more inexpensive places but so don't like lopsided haircuts most children salons do. I think it's better to spend alittle more money and do a good quality haircut. The salon is nice and clean. It's nicely set up and modern. They had a cute dinosaur print cloth to cover his clothes to not get dirty. The hairstylist took his time and double checked my sons head to make sure everything was perfect. The level of detail is amazing. They don't rush the haircut and make sure the parents are happy with the end result. My son enjoyed the haircut a lot and we will be back since it's so near our home. It was not a our first time here since since my husband also gets his haircut from here sometimes. They are located in Dacula Georgia.

I have been here about 5 times now, and everyone time I come I just do a walk in. If you come in on a Saturday, be prepared to spend a long time waiting, because everyone needs a cut during the weekend. I try to come during the week after class or during a lunch break if you work full time. I usually still spend about an hour at the shop though because the barbers like to take their time cutting your hair...which is a GOOD thing! Why rush though this delicate work?? There is street parking available so have some quarters on you or money on your card to pay at the meters. Overall definitely would recommend, this is THE barber shop of Athens

Been going here for a couple years. Always use the same hair stylist. She always does a great job…read moreas I usually get a cut every 6 weeks. The location is off the square a ways, more into a residential setting. The establishment appears clean and has 3-4 hair stylist. The negative issues are there have always been a couple very young children running wild which is annoying. This last time only a very young boy was swinging what appeared to be a big button on a string. He lost control and it flew, hitting me in the chest about 8 inches from my face. This child belongs to another stylist. NOT one person said anything to the kid. Instead, the object was given back to him. Needless to say, I was a bit pissed! If it wasn't for these distractions I would rate it higher.
