I rang them up, made an order & arranged a delivery time and that was it. First of all the fruit and veg were huge, much bigger and fresher than the supermarket. It is the little things like that which really makes the difference, I can't recommend Marc highly enough. We use them regularly now, it saves me and my girlfriend 20 minutes a week (shopping) and also because we live fairly local, we get free delivery too.
