Slow at getting to it…read more This last appraisal I had ordered his office sat on it for a month before they decided to notify my bank & realtor that they don't go to Sharron springs to do appraisals. The only reason we were finally notified is because we called several times. Goodland need a more respectful appraisal company. For what a person pays he sure doesn't treat his customers nicely. Or maybe he only treats his Cabela customers with high respect. Very disappointment and not only on just this occasion. I have told my realtor and bank that I will now pay extra for a company from colby to come. Atleast you get treated nicely. Giving him 1 star is far to many.
