His quote was not only the best price, but he explained the process. He was the only person who offered to remove the fence and return it and not require me to do it. Not only were his crews friendly, professional and knowledgeable they made sure to let us know each morning they were at our house. They completely cleaned up the mess after and left it looking like they were never here. A few days after the project was complete we smelt a solvent in our house. Not know if it could be related (which it was not) we called Mike. He quickly came over and tried to help us find the source. Finally I was expecting those unforeseen costs but there were none! His quote was dead on!! Highly recommend

Guy's got a good set of crew with him. I was initially skeptical when I saw the tag hanging from my…read morefront door handle, but after speaking with him it seems like that's something he does regularly with neighborhoods (I'm new to being a homeowner in the suburbs so I'm not used to it.) He said to leave the payment under the mat which I found to be odd considering the tag said that you don't pay until you see the work, but he sounded like a respectful guy from our phone conversation and the good reviews he has online. I'm glad that I took him up on his offer. For $139, he put a fresh layer of sealcoat on my driveway after I had a poor experience with a past company. I could smell the sealcoat scent for iver a week, so to me that seems like he used the 'good stuff.' The driveway looks so much nicer and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. He showed up in the morning and was done after about a half hour, and was careful to avoid getting any sealcoat on my grass by the driveway. I'm definitely going to have him be my 'go-to' next time I need any driveway work done, I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. Highly recommend.
