We worked tirelessly with a couple other contractors before Jeremy the owner of Copper Creek stepped in. Not only was Jeremy knowledgeable and easy to work with, he was patient in working with our Insurance company and getting our entire roof replaced. Our roof had lots of peaks and valleys and presented many obstacles in working with a new product. Jeremy and his crew made sure every detail was taken care of. The work cite each day was cleaned up. The kitchen's a disaster, countertop not leveled, bottom cabinets won't open because of so, it needs a complete do-over. We paid for him to patch holes, but ended up having someone else to finish what he didn't because he just wasn't showing up. And our roof job? Not a single shingle picked up, in which we paid for a complete tear down and pickup. Plus, there's soo much TAR on the new siding. The original payment plan was half up front and half when finished but he literally pushed the job so far out to constantly ask for more money without finishing the job. We paid him 90% and nothings fully completed. He had us send him another payment then stopped showing up and responding to text messages. Which is where I am right now with my review. We've gotten him so many jobs from word of mouth just for him to get his recent payment and no longer show up. It's so much more I can't say but he is so unprofessional. I do NOT recommend. Extremely disappointed.
