They did a great job on some antique motorcycle parts I had. The lady in the office was very sweet and so easy to work with.

J&P plating 65 GTO parts J&P did a very poor job on my 65 GTO Tail panel. In chroming it they made to part way too large to fit the car any longer. I had 2 of these panels done there and both turned out poor quality. I sent the larger one back for them to get the dimensions back to spec and they didn't of course and charged me again for chroming it again. Steer clear of this company for chrome work. read more

Stay clear of this company. They will chrome plate your parts, tell you the cost, and when you get your parts, they will look horrible. You can complain, and they will want to up charge you for better quality. If you do business with this company, pay by credit card card so you can file dispute if you get screwed over. read more

I have done business with these guys on a few small projects in the past and at best their work was considered acceptable for the money I paid. When I commissioned them for a larger project of my bumpers the results were appalling and their treatment of me was even worse. When I tried to contact them to voice my concerns it got ugly. They hired some new phone/counter chick who has absolutely no customer service skills or empathy for a customer who spent lots of money for absolute crap service and quality. I was accused of lying and she told me that the owner nor the manager would be willing to speak to me because "they don't want to deal with customers." Bottom line.......I received my parts in worse condition than when I sent them and I paid a lot of money. I used a DISCOVER card for payment and registered a payment dispute and DISCOVER really let me down as they said I had no proof. I told them my proof is the product in my hand and I tried to submit pics but they said they don't accept pics as evidence!!!! Don't waste your time with either of these two entities as neither are reputable companies. Bottom line on chrome from someone who has done this a lot........If you have someone you are happy with, thank your lucky stars as you have hit the jackpot. You get what you pay for in the chrome business. I will stick with the big names like Pauls, etc. These are not reputable people. read more
