Pack move team did everything from start to finish with perfection. The movers were so friendly and helpful and handled all our items with care. The part of the moving process we were the most stressed out about (physically moving all items from point A to point B) ended up being the smoothest part of the process thanks to the PackMove team! We will be recommending to all our friends!

Since the time I booked the service, they advised me on what was needed and made recommendations that were helpful. They pulled in family when a worker couldn't make it due to illness. Had a nightmare of a moving experience with this company…read more. We had to move all our belongings out of our house for fall break to have our floors redone over fall break. When the floor refinishing guy arrived the next morning , he noticed that all my husband's guns had been taken out of the closet and and taken. Also, 4 TVs had been taken. To make a long story short , one of the movers came back after-hours with a couple of his friends and did this . This was discovered after the FBI investigating my case got one of the movers to confess. The whole time this was going on , Chris indicated that he would "make this right" if it ended up being one of their guys. He even offered to re-hang the television that was taken with half a mount. Well, it was one of their guys . Their insurance company indicated it wasn't their liability because it happened after-hours! This company did not uphold anything that they stated they would. Besides the theft, they are crappy movers. They carelessly threw my belongings in bathroom, knocked up my sheetrock , scratches floors in bathrooms and in bedrooms and ruined a china cabinet. They did give us a little money , however, it won't even cover our house insurance deductible . And my house insurance is just going to go up so that's great. I cannot stress enough how upsetting it was to deal with this company. My sense of security is gone at my dream house , along with a damaged house .

The agreed price was $200 (in reality they finished moving my stuff in only one hour, but I had agreed to that price, so good for them). They charged me initially $50 as a deposit, then another $200 even before they showed up to do the work, the nerve! I then paid them in cash and Vlad (the owner) said he would refund the amount back to my card. Yet nothing happened! I got him once on the phone and he said he would take care of that. After that, again nothing happened, and this time they ignore my phone calls and emails. Judging from their reviews on Google, Yelp and Facebook (please check these!), I'm not the only one to fall victim to their criminal practice: they overcharge people, then ignore their phone calls and emails. I'm still luckier than other people since I didn't have any of my properties destroyed. Vlad Ladygin may seem friendly if you use their service but he is downright criminal and fraudulent.
