I prefer a written format for better clarity, which I shared with Elliot - staff wore uniform, and looked sharp Just like with anything in life, there are improvement areas. In this case, it was around task scheduling, employee work-life balance, and project progress clarity. I shared this feedback privately with the owner, and he assured me that he will consider this and take the required actions. Maxim called me back several hours later and came out and gave me a much better, reasonable price so I agreed. Turns out the guys are very very very detail orientated. The finished product looked outstanding, I am very happy with this crew. They treated me with respect, didn't try to up sell me, and they seemed to honestly take pride in the workmanship. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, especially if you are the type to say yes to overpriced pushers.
