I brought my computer in on Monday and by Tuesday he had gotten back to me informing that everything was cleaned up, and he computer is working good. He then explained to me how his computer could run even faster if I made a small investment in adding memory. (He took his time to explain the benefits of the increased memory) The computer is running faster than it ever has!! For the clean up and the additional memory the cost was still less expensive as other places I have taken my computer to just get it cleaned up. What really impressed me was Mikes willingness to explain why things are important and steps we need to take to maintain the computer.

Randy was supposed to call us back soon after we left two separate messages with the receptionist at 2:15 pm and 4:00 pm. He never called us back so we left Lincoln to return to our hotel in Alpena where we have to stay while the cabin is under construction from a roof leak. We were very disgusted that we had to waste and entire afternoon waiting for him to call or show up. Then, 24 hours later Randy decided to call and ask if we still needed his services. As I see from previous reviews, which are not recent I might add, this company does not live up to it's claims to respond rapidly to a disaster. Here is my take on this whole situation: there is something called customer service that today is completely ignored and totally unacceptable. I can forgive an emergency if there is a reason for not showing up, but someone should have called us back to let us know they were not coming at all. My generation was raised to honor people's time and do what you say you are going to do. I refuse to subject myself to this type of work ethic anymore and will look elsewhere.
