When we came there to pick it up he took us to the back range to practice with it, test fire it numerous times, and he even made us a video going over all of the features and setup process. That was all done at no additional cost and he spent over an hour doing that for us even though the sale was completed the previous week. Also don't put any credence into the only other review that is low. If you read it the person never shopped there and had a hissy fit because the employee didn't have a mask on after Covid. There were also plenty of towels, standard wrapped cups and soap that boasted no animal products were used. The grounds were very quiet. There is wifi, but it was fairly spotty.
