It was the Waukesha Sheriff Deputy that called Express Towing for us. Tim arrived on scene and immediately got to work assessing the job, helping us figure out how to get home and making sure we stayed safe on the side of the highway. In the end Tim took us to a nearby hotel and waited while we checked for a vacancy. Before he left he gave us a run down on what we needed to do and the things that would be put in motion over the next few days. The next day we met him at the tow yard to get some things from the car and he was just as helpful and friendly as the night before.
