I pulled back around to the drive thru and said my fries are cold can I have a fresh order. I was speaking with the manager on duty. She said to me "no I am not going to waste making a fresh order of fries on you when those are fresh. I said these fries are not fresh and I squeezed some of them and they were soggy. She said Ma'am they are fresh...I am not going to waste my food on you, I will give you your money back!"
