This home is under 1400 sf and he did not have to paint the kitchen, interior doors, door trim or baseboards!! The Wall Doctor is a total rip off!! I paid for a SPRAYED paint job then was told his sprayer didn't work. What was supposed to be a two day job ended up going on for 4 weeks! It is apparent that cheap poly brushes were used as there are brush strokes where ever a roller didn't fit such as between switches and door trim and corners and against the ceiling. It was a good thing that my wall color was close to white or all attention would be drawn to the fact that this guy cannot paint a nice edge. I am sick at my stomach for paying him before the job was finished satisfactorily! I will now have to repaint all the edges and he didn't even leave me the extra paint! He also said he stays on a job until it's done instead of working multiple jobs at the same time and this was a total lie bc it took him hit and miss days for 4-5 weeks to get done! Wanted paid in full waaay before the job was done "so that he had money to go buy the new outlets and light switches that they were going to put in for an additional charge. That work was almost done before I even saw an estimate and then the sticker shock of $3300 hit me like a freight train! And this was not even done by a master electrician! Also installed a new toilet I purchased with a crack and slow leak in the tank....this is a crack that is very visible but they installed it anyway and now I cannot exchange it bc it had been installed and used (yes I was the one to have to clean the liquid defecation spray they left on it)! So I an out another $240 to replace the toilet if I want to have a functional bathroom!! Ronnie has not responded to my demand of bringing another toilet or giving me refund to compensate for his totally shoddy job at my house! I could go on and on, but I'll stop here. Just heed my warning and do not hire him for anything!! The only reason he gets ONE star is because I cannot pick anything less!

The basement had been partitioned with drywall, wallpaper, and wood paneling, which I nicknamed "The Mold Buffet." The whole basement needed to be gutted to get rid of the mold-ridden materials. It was a big job, since it's a fairly large basement. (A pipe had been leaking inside an old basement closet for years, and no one knew! Glad I got that fixed.) I interviewed people from 7 different companies before choosing Mold Men of Pittsburgh. They had an attention to detail that was above and beyond any of the other companies. And their pricing was fair and very reasonable compared to a few other estimates I received. When they initially sent a guy to my house to do an inspection and give me an estimate, their guy was the ONLY one who actually walked the entire outside perimeter of my house, even going behind thick bushes to make sure he could do a thorough inspection. He discovered some groundhog holes that needed to be filled. None of the other people had found those holes. I was impressed with this attention to detail! (You obviously do NOT want water sitting in holes adjacent to your house! I was grateful that he found this problem, so I could fix it.) After I hired Mold Men of Pittsburgh, their two-man crew completely gutted my basement, threw out the damaged materials into a dumpster, and professionally remediated the mold. They left no trace of it behind! They did an excellent and extremely thorough job. They left my basement in pristine condition! The crew was completely professional and polite the whole time and just very nice people in general with a strong work ethic. I highly recommend this company to take care of any mold remediation needs you may have. Their pricing is fair, and their level of professionalism is unmatched in their industry. They will do the job right the first time. They will do it thoroughly, and it will be as if the mold had never even been in your home! They are THAT GOOD!
