He kept recommending I "update" it, and when I asked what that even meant he said replace it of course. He actually had the nerve to ask me how to clean it. Seriously? He vacuumed it. Checked out the chimney and this cost nearly $200. He also told me that "much bigger, nicer homes than mine have had to upgrade their stoves, and that I'm lucky." My stove has been in my home since 1972, and it works perfectly. Complete and total waste of time. I will absolutely be going back to my previous company. I was so upset after he left I called and asked for a supervisor. I was told someone would call me back the next day. To add insult to injury, no supervisor ever even bothered to call. How completely unprofessional! If I can save one person from dealing with this company I will be happy.
