Diversified has always been my go-to printer because of the quality, customer service, and ease of ordering. They have a phenomenal staff, including the wonderful Rose who takes most of the calls and is usually the friendly face you see at the counter. Every product I have ordered (from lustre prints, mounted prints, large metal prints for my senior show back in 2011, canvas wall art, etc.) has been excellent and adored by the recipients. I really appreciate that Diversified offers drop-shipping so I can ship directly to my photo clients and not have to worry about an invoice being in the parcel. Diversified sends shipping updates and delivery confirmation emails, which is incredibly helpful. Thanks so much, Diversified Lab Services!

This review is for their customer service - I was in a time and pressure crunch and mistakenly…read morethought they were the manufacturer of a shelving system that I had to help move sight unseen, not a distributor. The rep corrected me - and (embarrassingly) it didn't fully dawn on me until afterwards - yet was still kind enough to answer questions to the best of his knowledge. His answers were a great help for the move - he clearly knew his products and was patient. If this is how their customer service treats all potential (or clearly lost) customers, then I imagine they take fantastic care of their clients.

He quickly knew exactly what I was looking for and not only gave me a price of new, but because of what we were using them for, gave me a price for used ones as well. Needless to say because we are storing tires on them we went with the used. Dan has always responded quickly to email and provided great service. Like another reviewer said, the shop interior is quite dusty. The blocks of melt and pour along the shelves had gone sticky from humidity and exposure. I also believe the fragrances were cut, if not old and faded. Most every product is at least 30-60% more expensive than online retailers like Bulk Apothecary or WSP. I'm all for shopping local whenever possible, but I can't justify paying nearly double for old, dirty stock. The convenience just isn't worth it. Not when you can order online and get my supplies in 4-7 days. It sucks to say considering how sweet the proprietor was, but the store is in desperate need of a refresh before I even think of recommending it to anyone. There's a reason why most of the positive reviews are from a decade ago.
