Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but they called first to see if it was okay (it was). They asked the right questions about what goes where, what gets thrown out and what gets saved. Basement was in a major (bad) state, and this was the first step in getting it cleaned out. And being an old guy, I couldn't do it myself. They did an excellent job all around. When they explained why they couldn't move out one large piece (a work bench that they said had been assembled in the basement) they offered to move it out of the way so the cleaners would be able to work efficiently. They did everything right. They did it efficiently and effectively and courteously. They were helpful, and understanding, and very very careful with the stuff I needed to save (for family/memories). I would hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I may need to call them again next year to move some stuff out of the UPstairs! Hire these folks. You won't be sorry. In fact, you'll be very pleased. p.s. While Fire Dawgs did a great job, the folks at PODS, who were supposed to send a container to store my stuff while the basement was being cleaned, "rescheduled" at the last minute to the next day. I think you can guess how my review for PODS will go...

I sent Donald a text, told him about what I needed and he responded almost immediately. We discussed my needs and he gave me a more than reasonable quote, so we set up a mutually convenient time to get it all done. He confirmed a few days before, and came to my home on time and ready to go. He was kind, respectful, and professional. This is his small business, and he is at once upbeat and serious about what he does. He is a 21 year USMC veteran, a retired Master Sergeant, and a pleasure to do business with. If you need any junk removal, hauling, or even demolition done, give Donald at Jarhead Junk Removal a call. He does it all. Highly recommended!

A-1 Sewer company!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I just want to thank you guys for running an honest and trusting company for the greater Fort Wayne Area! I had a "big name" company come and quote me $10,000 for my main to be replaced, they had to come out twice as the first tech was not as experienced, 2nd team left and didn't put my clean out cap back on. Chris from A1 came out as expected, heard my experience and went to work, not only is the flow restored he gave tips on how to help me PREVENT them from coming back out. A1 Amazing service and I will continue to sing your praises and refer you to all my friends, family and anyone else that cares about their pocketbook and hiring a trustworthy company!

This company is awful and the owner Maury is a rude, nasty man. The knowingly SEVERED our line…read morewhile doing some work for our neighbor and when we called them, not aware yet, they had notes of this and still charged us for a scope then after many questions admitted that they cut our line, asked us to pay for the work as Maury doesn't want to "eat the price". We said hell no and when asked for a refund for the scoping since this wasn't our fault, he lied and threatened to charge us for the neighbors work and said we caused some of it. It was a break in a 90+ year old pipe which is at fault of no one. Said it's a small price we have to pay, never once did Maury apologize for the mistake, call us, explain anything or come to our door. We also are told that he had to have permission to cut a line and a permit. which he would not have gotten as our line would have been deemed in use. He was going to make us sit with human waste in our basement where my kids have rooms, for a week and turned his phone off when we called to see that we get moved up as NONE of this was our fault and we were left in the dark. His manger got us on the schedule a day earlier which is the only reason I'd give less than half a star if this website didn't make me. We have yet to hear from maury or anyone at the company with an apology or even one word. Never ever ever use this crooked man for your services! Here are some photos of what he left us with!

Everyone at Miracle Contracting has been great!! I am a real estate investor and a woman. In the…read morepast I have been taken advantage of by contractors. It is sad to say but it is the truth. I always make sure to get a lot of bids for projects that I cannot do myself and I research the process of doing the project. I used Miracle contracting for slate roof repair and fascia replacement. I cannot tell you how many different companies I contacted looking to get bids. Luckily I was able to get several. Not only was Miracle Contracting's bid competitively priced, everyone I met was also very professional (the big winner for me)! I have learned that the best option is not always the cheapest price. They got the job done as scheduled, communicated with me leading up the scheduled date and offered advice. The crew even went above and beyond while on the roof to secure some vinyl siding and fascia that was coming off the side of the home. I strongly recommend using Miracle Contracting for your next project. I will certainly be using them again.

There is still substantial damages to my fence and now they are refusing to communicate with me. The city and other companies would be wise to stay away from Crosby since they don't care about the community or righting their wrongs.
