I worked with these guys through my insurance company after a roof wind damage claim. They are…read moreprofessional, thorough and did an amazing job to minimize the water damage from the roof leak. I worked closely with Dan and Freddie and both kept me informed. Only downside was the level of pressure and urgency they put in the begginning; it almost felt like a "do it now or else" mentality that you get in info-commericals or scams. This portion made me hestiate on some decisions as I was unclear/uncomfortable on what's covered vs what I would have to pay for out of pocket. Apart from this one issue, I would highly recommed this firm and work with them anyday. I am guessing they charge a lot but if it's through your insurance company, don't blink and go with their judgment :D

She asked me…read moreto contact her on her work phone separately which I should taken as sign of what is to come. I reach out to her for quotes and discuss a time for her to clean my house. She tells me the first cleaning is way more expensive than subsequent cleaning and begins to let me know add-ons such as tidying up/organizing is extra. I bite my tongue and agree. She tells me she will meet me at a specific time and I agree. The day of the cleaning comes and the morning of she begins to tell me she will be a little late like an hour. Again, I give her some grace and tell her it is fine as I have taken some time off from work in preparation for the cleaning. She ends up being 2 hours late but that is not the most shocking moment of this severely bizarre and unprofessional service. She shows up to my door two hours late. Takes one look at me in disgust as if she has never seen a black person before. I show her around the house. She then proceeds to lie and say she has to get more cleaning things from her car and then drives off. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life neither have I experienced such unprofessionalism. I cannot help but to have lived through this humiliation but let this be a warning for anyone else trying to book with this cleaning service. I wish I could give zero stars. She says I had a picture on care.com but it was just my name so I do not know where she even got my picture from. Any comment she has provided below is all in an effort to cover up her shameful behavior.

Since we did have them come out I wanted the floor plan of where every pipe and head is located. The woman at the office told me since I am not longer a customer they deleted my information. It makes no sense for a company to delete all your information because you did not ask them to come for one visit. We are still a customer and usually customers call the company that installed them if an issue arises. Poor service to completely wipe a customers file simply because they said no to coming for a single service. It costs them pennies to keep a digital map of the pipes and sprinkler heads.
