It is nowhere on their site that there is a no-refund policy. C. I did not receive written notice that there was a no-refund policy. D. The service was cancelled well in advance - and I would add that the service was cancelled because it was raining on my wedding day, so we had to move the ceremony to a new location - about five days in advance. I really hope they come to their senses and see that unethical business practices such as this will hurt them in the long wrong, even if they do get to keep my $130 (about 18 hours worth of work at a minimum wage job) for the 30 minutes of work they did on it.
