Now, I have been waiting for a manager to call since Tuesday, and surprise surprise, I am still trying to get ahold of one.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received and his honesty about the fact he could have charged more under the circumstances like the others were doing but that he couldn't sleep at night if he was ripping customers off. I highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing or heating needs that you have.
