The three stars are for the service and the restaurant itself. It's open from 12-6 and 7-10 so I think those are reasonable hours unlike the rest of France. Unfortunately the food was a miss for me (aside from the teriyaki sauce itself). The chicken came in skewers which was weird for a bento box. And there was old, dry looking boiled chicken in another pocket of the box which I did not touch because it looked repulsive. The salad dressing wasn't tangy enough, but rather flat. And I was so disappointed at their soy sauce because it had a vinegar after taste which wasn't pleasant at all.
