But they're here now, much to the delight of parents everywhere. Fred and Grace's offers exquisite designer clothing for children under the age of 10, as well as accessories for a range of seasons. Nestled in the Morgan Arcade, it's not as easy to get to as your larger emporium type stores, but if you're in the market for high-quality kids' clothes, definitely stop by here. It beats fighting the crowds at Mothercare on a Saturday!

Upstairs this Monsoon has a fantastic selection of sophisticated, elegant formal dresses. I was a fan at 12, and my grandmother like to have a pop in. This is because they somehow manage to create a range of clothes in bright, classic and pretty colours which appeal to all. I'm not saying that everyone will like everything, but that there will be something for everyone on most clothes rails. I particularly like their summer dresses and skirts, while their wedding and prom wear is, undeniably, lovely, it's not really the most functional of things in the wardrobe. This store is amazing during the January sales; they discount everything down by at least 20%, and you can pick up some truly staggering bargains. They also have a good home section; I've been a fan of their rose and lily room spray for years. Go check it out if you're not already familiar; it's nice to have something a bit different on every high street.

Everything feels like its been crammed in and if you ever went there on a Saturday it would be really hard to move around and I very rarely came out with anything. I've never found the staff particularly helpful either, I get the impression if you ask them for help they think you are bothering them.

I'm pleased to offer a much needed review for this store, as it sadly has gone without one for a…read morelength of time which would be exactly 7 months on Tuesday, considering this is a city center location and one of the busiest shops on Queen Street and in St David's, I'm surprised to see this. My local branch of Primark in Manchester has in a way put me off the brand alltogether, being such a big store filled with huge queues and just smelling and feeling cheap, and sweaty, but this store feels nicer than that, and is still a decent size and still follows a typical layout which one would expect from a Primark, a large clothing company based in Ireland. They did stock a decent range of stuff here especiallmY y in the mens department on the -1 Floor, and there are multiple other floors as well, as far as I'm aware there are 4 floors, with kids clothing on the top and the ground floor having an enterence onto Queens Street and also into the St David's mall. The staff also seemed quite friendly, at the till and also in the store, trying to get the lifts moving as quick as possible. The signal throughout the floor can be a little poor, but for a large store with a basement, this has to be expected especially with my poor signal from O2. My server also didn't mind me paying with lose change, and it did seem quiet enough, as in short queues to do that and even made jokes about it. Overall, this is a decent branch of Primark, a typical Primark in a way and deserves a solid three stars.

She said it was impossible I had been told that the item could be returned (but she did say) and when I insisted she agressively stated yelling "I am the manager". She calmed down after I told her it was ok, it must have been a miscommunication and probably she didn't mean to say this item could be returned. I think I shouldn't have to calm down the manager of a store, ask her not to tell at me and to take a deep breath. Simply astonishing that they have such ill-prepared people managing customer service. Overall worst experience ever, never going there again!

I also had a black long sleeve t-shirt and the main reason i got it from peacocks was the price.
