However, they were lovely and polite and friendly. I'm vegan, which isn't easy in Brest. I explained I couldn't have any dairy. The owner/chef said he could use oil instead of butter, since everything is prepared from scratch. We had a delicious meal-- pakoras, aloo gobi, dal, etc. The dal in particular was great. It was slightly spicy and packed with flavor. I would certainly go back!
