There are not many tables,however there are four tables outside. It is quite cold here in November at night so they have two heaters in their tent. There are also blankets available. You have to order from a table as you walk in and are served at a table when one becomes available. The fresh water eel is very good and comes with grapes, bean sprout salad a small portion of sukiaki pork with miso soup. This not a fancy restaurant by any means. Flimsy paper napkins and bamboo chop sticks for fast food. The taste and quality seemed better than average and the staff was polite and efficient.

It had this umami taste and it was one of the best tempura sauces that I have ever tasted. We love Kama and order it at every Japanese restaurant that we go to. It had a good flavor, I wish it had more of char to it but the collar was a good size and came with a piece of fish. The accompany sauce was good but I felt like we went back to the tempura sauce all the time. The Gyoza was well prepared. Kids loved it and it hit the spot for the asian taste that we were looking for.

AJI was only a 3-minute walk away from our hotel and take-away was fast and convenient, exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. This place excels at take away & delivery, there are only 11 spots to actually sit inside to eat. The interior is chic and welcoming. The service was friendly and unpretentious both nights we came. And the quality of ingredients for what they charge is a gem in this city. We spent under 30€ total each time we went and were very full. Though the sushi was impeccable and fairly prompt in being delivered, those who opted for cooked dishes had to either wait quite a bit or solicit repeatedly. We all had the nankou chicken ramen because this was the winner when we first tried Takumi. The ramen noodles were curly and cooked slightly over al dente. Broth was so creamy and rich I was impolitely drinking off of everyone's bowl (don't worry, no milk in there for those who are allergic to dairy). A pleasant surprise was how crispy the chicken skin was. Cooked as if it's traditional Chinese roasted pork with a lot of good flavor on both the meat and skin. The spicy miso with seafood is good too... though not as memorable as the nankou chicken ramen. Also recommend the housemade iced tea and the spicy okonomiyaki karaage chicken.
