I parked at Ivy's for the Friday Crosstown Classic game and I would highly recommend parking with them. Upon entering the lot, I was met by the owner & staff who helped line up the car so we were not door on door which really made my day. After the game, there they were again waiting and obviously watching over customer cars. I been parking here for over a hand full of time now and love it. It's secure, well lit, and the staff is great and very accommodating. Yes it $60 but you should be drinking more than 2... car pool and split the charge. I just wanted to take time out to yelp and recognize how great and accommodating Ivy's Secure Parking has been. I was not sure I would be able to secure parking in Chicago for my rental car, so I started calling around a couple of days in advance to see if I could get some reasonable pricing during my beloved Cubs season. (Next to impossible right?) Actually, I called and spoke with Ivy and explained my dilemma and she offered me quite a fair price and was willing to hold my spot upon arrival and confirmation that I would be arriving at stated time. My arrival plans got pushed back however and I ended up having to call to cancel. I really appreciate that she was willing to help out this former Chicagoan. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!! I was looking for SAFE parking for the Morgan Wallen concert, I have zero clue when it comes to downtown Chicago. I found them on google and went to their website where they said that they text. At 10pm i had texted them and got all my questions answered so fast, I booked right away! The next day, they knew who I was when I pulled in by my car, and made me feel so safe. They gave me directions to Wrigley which is such a quick walk, and gave me two routes, one to the marquis or a quicker route, but I chose the marquis for a photo opportunity! My car was safe, and secure during the concert. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND with texting me which was seriously the onset to the smoothest night. I know zero about Chicago and had my little girl with me, and my nerves were so calm due to them!!!! It all started here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE! read more

I was heading to a night concert at Wrigley Field and parked in Ivy's Secure Parking lot - best decision ever! Extremely EZ-in/out, staff stays with the cars at all times, 1-minute walk to the strip of bars on Clark, and 5-minute walk to Wrigley Field. Ivy and her staff are super friendly and accommodating. My partner and I needed a place to park a uhaul overnight so we could move out of Chicago in the morning. The process of reserving a lot was super easy, was reasonably priced, and we felt safe leaving the moving truck there for the night. I lived in the neighborhood, so I know it's close to Wrigley and all the Lakeview spots- but it's also very convenient if you need to park something like a small uhaul that other spots may not take! read more

On a recent Chicago visit, I wanted to hit some of the bars in Wrigleyville. With the winter weather being as bad as it was, I was left high and dry as far as parking for my rental car. I stumbled onto Ivy's secure parking and it was a great experience. The attendant was friendly and I wasn't stuck driving around in the snow looking for a spot. This woman is harassing and rude. She scares people in the community away from legally renting their 1 or 2 free spots on their property and makes threatening comments to Cubs fans who rent spots from the community. Beware. Edit: the people I've witnessed her yelling at are in full compliance with the 3 and under rule she mentions in her response. Edit 2: Over the weekend the cars in her lot completely blocked the sidewalk.
