Hygiene is great, they are very professional when it comes to cleaning procedures and physical boundaries. Optional cleaning packages and instructions for aftercare are very helpful, and Rick even recommended cheaper alternatives at home that have worked great for me. Very sweet people, they will make sure you are taken care of if there are any issues. Water, a place to sit down, even candy to help settle your body are provided, all at no cost. Minors are welcome for piercings, although I'm not sure the same applies to tattoos. Parents do not have to be present. Overall exceptional quality.
